This is a soft cheese similar to a cream cheese- except there is no additional cream added in.
Store in the refrigerator.
It has thyme, basil, rosemary and tarragon blended in for a delicate herb flavor.

I have been eating this on my BLT's made with all FTY tomatoes, bacon, and sprouts, mixed into scrambled eggs, and a dip mixed with some sour cream and FTY smoked salmon. It's delicious so many ways!
Nice soft cheese similar to "Boursin", but the rosemary flavor was a bit too strong for us.
Grew up with farmer cheese so I decided to give it a try. Think of something smoother than cottage cheese. The herbs in this are just right. My 2 year old grandson practically inhaled it when I put it on crackers and kept asking for more. Really delicious.
