Ingredients:
1 cup crumbled or grated Bayley Hazen
1/2 cup plain skyr or yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
salt & pepper, to taste
splash of cider vinegar
Mix everything together and taste for seasoning.
Tastes best after the flavors have a chance to meld, so for best results make a few hours, or the night before you want to serve.
