Making matzoh at home is easy, and gives you the chance to add a little extra flavor.
Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup water
2 t olive oil
salt, to taste
2 t Everything sprinkles
Preheat oven to 450.
Measure out the flour into a bowl, add a hefty pinch of salt, and mix together with your hands.
Make a well in the midde and add the water and 1 t of oil.
Stir together until a ball is nearly formed, then knead with your hands a few times. Split in half and roll into 2 balls.
Use the rest of the oil to lightly cover your counter, then turn out your dough. Working with one ball at a time, roll as thinly as possible.
Score all over with a fork, then cover with everything sprinkles.
Lightly roll again with your rolling pin to affix the sprinkles.
Bake for 9-12 minutes, turning after 5, or until the matzoh starts to brown. To get it extra crispy, slide it off the pan and cook one last minute or so right on your oven rack.
Remove and cool on a rack.
