Finocchiona Salami

A 2021 Good Food Award winner, Babette's Table Finocchiona is a traditional Tuscan style salami made with garlic, Chianti, black peppercorns and fennel seed. Babette's Table uses slow-fermentation techniques and small batches to create European style flavor, and only sources pork from local, family run farms.

Storage Tips

Store salami in a crisper drawer to preserve humidity. These casings are natural and edible, so feel free to eat them or peel them, according to your own preference. We recommend serving salami sliced thinly on a charcuterie board with cheeses, almonds, and jam.
