Keep refrigerated at below 40 degrees for up to a week. Freeze if your plans change and you will not be cooking it within the week.
To thaw meat that has been frozen, place in a sealed bag in a bowl of cool water. Allow at least a day to thaw your poultry prior to cooking. Depending on the size and cut thawing times may vary.

Great product but I have a wish list for Misty Knoll - chicken cutlets - please ?! Yes, I know probably would increase the price and it's already high but so many recipes call for cutlets and the convenience option would be appreciated. (I have not had great success in slicing somewhat uniform cutlets from these breasts.) Thanks MK and FTU for this delicious chicken,
I've been buying this for years. Everyone I have served it to just raves about it. I've also been by the farm and it's absolutely bucolic.
One of our favorite items, this is great in crockpot with FTY veggies (including potatoes, carrots, rutabaga, celeriac, sweet potatoes, and more). If other family members were open to dark meat (as I am), we might try other cuts.
