Last Resort Farm Organic Mini Honeynut Squash
The honeynut squash was created when chef Dan Barber asked the plant breeders at Cornell University to create a smaller, tastier butternut. It is a cross between a buttercup and a honeynut, but is smaller and sweeter than either of those. Dark and easy to caramelize; small and easy to handle - the perfect squash!

Like its butternut parent, this squash does not need to be peeled. Roast and enjoy its natural sweetness on its own, or add to any recipe requiring squash or sweet potatoes.
