A simple, healthy and delicious dinner. Scale up or down the recipe, depending on the size of your filets and the number of people being served.
Ingredients:
appx. 4 oz salmon filet
3 T miso
1 T soy sauce
1 T rice wine vinegar
1 T maple syrup
Preheat oven to 425
Coat salmon in miso, then lay skin side down on an oiled or parchment-covered baking pan.
Bake for 15 minutes, then brown under a high broiler for a few minutes.
While the fish bakes, whisk together the shoyu, vinegar and maple.
When the salmon has browned nicely, remove and drizzle with sauce.
Enjoy over a bed of rice or with some roasted potatoes.
