A delicious addition to any Passover table.
Ingredients:
4 diced apples
2 cups toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1 T white balsamic vinegar
1 T apple cider vinegar
pinch of salt
maple syrup or maple cider syrup, to taste
Mix everything together, let the flavors meld for 20 minutes or so, then taste before adding maple cider syrup or more salt.
