Black Pearls are very dense and meaty mushrooms. They are similar to an oyster mushroom yet are slightly softer and can hold their own when cooked in soups and chili. They are also fantastic for mushroom bacon!
Store in the container they arrive in or brown paper bag in the refrigerator. Best enjoyed within a few days.
