These hulled, raw sunflower seeds may be small but they are nutritionally rich! A great source of vitamin E, B vitamins and zinc and a good source of protein. They make a delightful snack and are a great addition to salads, trail mix or sprinkled on squash soup.

I am late in writing this review, but the container I bought was too rancid to eat. Based on the other review, however, I will try these again!

Why are these so good? I confess we only bought them from FTY because our local grocery store was out of them, but now I don't think we can go back to store-bought. Is it the freshness? Is it that amazing Finger Lakes soil? I can't explain it, but really, these are so good that we go through them really fast now because we all put them on our breakfast cereal, coconut yogurt, fruit salad, etc.
