These are the best raspberries I've tasted since picking my grandmother's as a child. That includes the raspberries I grow in my own yard. They're shipped ripe (unlike the ones you buy in stores) So prepare to eat them up within a couple of days.
Delicious raspberries, both tart and sweet. We made them into raspberry pops and they were out of this world. (Mix 1 lb. (4c.) raspberries pureed with 2/3 cup simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water boiled together until sugar dissolves). Then lightly swirl in 1/2 cup heavy cream (don't overmix to keep swirly effect) and pour into popsicle molds and freeze. (From People's Pops, a great little popsicle recipe book.)
