Chili Moromi Potatoes

Featuring tender fingerling potatoes tossed in a rich, buttery sauce with a kick of chili Moromi sauce, this recipe brings a burst of umami and heat to your table. Ingredients:

1/2 lb fingerling potatoes
2T butter, melted
1t Chili Moromi Sauce
1T mayonnaise
1 clove crushed garlic
1 egg yolk
3 T sliced chives (reserve a sprinkle for garnish)

Boil potatoes in salted water for 12 minutes, or until fork tender.

While the potatoes cook, make the sauce by whisking together the melted butter with the egg yolk, mayonnaise, garlic, chives, and chili Moromi sauce. 

Strain the potatoes and pour the sauce over them.

Garnish with additional chives.
