These sugar snap peas are tender and crisp, bright green pods hold sweet peas inside. Just eat the whole pod minus the stem.
Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.
Peas are happiest in a cool climate, and so grow well here in Vermont. They are harvested about a week after flowering for the most tender peas.
