Maple cream has all that dreamy maple flavor, but with a luxurious velvety texture thrown in. Spread it on toast or waffles, mix into yogurt, glaze pork or chicken, or make the best honey mustard you've ever tasted. A rare treat.
Keep refrigerated. Stir if separated.
I wasn't sure what to put this on. I did try it on sourdough bread and it did not quite fit. (Perhaps a slice of plain wheat or white bread would be better.) So I just ate it off of the knife!
