I have been using this for a few months now and I love it. My favorite use is to sprinkle on roasted carrots just before I take them out. It lends a subtle sweetness. So delicious!
I like to prep whole grain hot cereal for the week by measuring out my grains (oats, barley, quinoa flakes, amaranth, etc.), sweeteners & spices into five thermos food containers on Sunday night. Using Maple Sugar in the dry mix means nothing else to add on a busy weekday morning except the hot water that cooks the cereal, and I still get the maple syrup taste that I prefer. It's really convenient.
Everyone has to order this at least ONCE .. and to keep in the pantry. A little bit in the coffee, added to yogurt, on a grapefruit. A little bit goes a long way. And this lasts.
