Just the thing for inside burritos, dipping tacos or quesadillas, or anywhere you need a little spicy lift.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup sour cream or yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 t maple syrup
1/4 t garlic powder
1/2 t chipotle powder (or more, to taste)
Mix everything together in a small mason jar. Test for salt and acid levels; add a little cider vinegar or more maple syrup, if needed.
Keeps in the fridge for up to 10 days.
