Bright and lemony with the crunch of poppy seeds - and gluten free!
I was anticipating this as I love things like lemon poppyseed cakes and muffins, even teabread.
The lemon flavor and sweetness is actually quite good. But poppyseeds in the loaf I got were skimpy in number. They were more sporadic than plentiful.
Secondly, this was VERY dry. That aspect just wasn't pleasurable. I really wanted to like it, but this one, at least the one I got, is a no-go.
