La Panciata is a family-owned and operated bakery located in Northfield, Vermont. They have been producing quality and delicious Italian-style bread since 1992 when original owners Glenn and Lori Loati brought their Italian roots to the Montpelier Farmers Market and began selling bread.
May be the best biscotti I have had - delicious flavor and perfect to dip in your coffee or tea - they hold up. The only problem was it was difficult to stop at one or two! Don't open the package when you are hungry.
