Champlain Orchards Cortland Apple - EcoApple Certified
The Cortland is a wonderfully sweet apple with just a hint of tartness and tender, bright white flesh. This variety has been a New England favorite for over 100 years and is an excellent pie or crisp apple. It is also wonderful fresh in salads, on fruit plates, and as a garnish because the flesh doesn't turn brown quickly when sliced.
