Chop 1 crisp apple into matchsticks
Add 2T raisins and 1 bunch of torn mizuna leaves
Mix: 1T apple cider vinegar, 1T maple syrup, 1T sriracha mustard, 1T olive oil.
Toss together, sprinkle with sunflower or pumpkin seeds.
