A New England take on everyone's favorite chili garlic sauce. These chilies are fermented for weeks, then cooked and pureed. Compared with other sriracha it has an incredibly fresh fruity peppery flavor.
Kitchen Garden Farm was created in 2006 on 1 acre of rented land. Over the years the farm has expanded to 50 acres in the Pioneer Valley. All of the new land brought into cultivation had previously been farmed by conventional growers in the area. Kitchen Garden Farm is doing the important work of converting prime agricultural land in their community to Organic production.
