Shaped like a mini pumpkin, this beautiful squash has a smooth, creamy texture and a sweet, nutty flavor when cooked. Known as "Robin's Koginut Winter Squash," this is a hybrid of Kabocha and Butternut Squashes, and it is known for storing well. Simply roast it, and you will find that you can add it to just about any dish or scoop it out of the skin by the bite.
