This spinach is a welcome green for this early spring season. Soil grown, and overwinterered, the leaves are large, but sweet and full of nutrients.It is fully washed but as with all spinach - an extra washing is advised to get out the last of the grit from all the wrinkles and folds.
Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.
This is, hands down, the best spinach I've ever had. It's like green, leafy candy.
These bags of spinach are consistently excellent. Wonderful flavor raw, and we usually eat most of it in salads. We also love adding some to the pizzas we make with the pizza crusts we get from FTY too.
