If you plan to cook this up within the week keep it in the fridge. If you are not sure then go ahead and freeze it. Thaw slowly in cool water before cooking.
Snug Valley Farm pork is the best. I'm originally from West PA and grew up eating kielbasa. I love kielbasa; it's probably my favorite sausage of all time. It's hard to find everywhere, especially higher quality, non-supermarket brands, so when I saw this offered on Farmers To You, it was an auto purchase. And I could not stop buying it for weeks. It's so ridiculously good. We ate this kielbasa all winter, cooked over roasted potatoes, onions, & cabbage with some oil, fennel, rosemary, & thyme sprinkled over it. Or with sauerkraut & mashed potatoes. It is my favorite. We love it so much. Reminds me of home.
