These are delicious. With homemade chicken stock (from all those Farmers To You chicken carcasses), bok choy, ginger and diced or ground poultry, this is a fast and delicious meal. And it is all made from my Farmers To You ingredients.

It doesn't taste like what you would usually think of when you buy fresh ramen noodles that are made with kansui. It tastes more like Italian pasta.

Not your college roommate's ramen! I cooked this for a few minutes in chicken broth, and added sauteed onions and greens. The starch from the noodles thickened the broth and made for a substantial meal. The kids loved it!
