Chestnut Mushrooms are a tender delicate mushroom with a sweet, bold, woodsy and meaty flavor. They are great in soups, sautéed with your favorite veggies and on pizza! The caps are sticky and can sometimes be slightly slimy.
Store in plastic clamshell, or brown paper bag in the refrigerator. Best enjoyed within a few days.
