Freeze immediately if you do not plan to eat in the next day or so.
I am not ashamed to say... my lunch today was 1/3 of this focaccia, cubed, and dipped into a small bowl of (high polyphenol) olive oil. I will now call this delightful combo my "Office Fondue"! This is the lightest, fluffiest focaccia I've ever had. The seasoning adds incredible aroma as well as taste. The size is great for sharing... but this one is ALL MINE!
