One of the most versatile vegetables of all times, Lacinato Kale is highly nutritious, with dark blue/green crinkled leaves. One of our favorites, this variety is very flavorful, with flat leaves that are more sweet and delicate than it's curly relative.
Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.
Lacinato is an Italian variety that roughly translates to mean black. Although this kale isn't a true black in color, it is a dark, almost purple, green.
