The product is call Black Currant Elderberry, but the main ingredient is apple. It tastes like an apple spread. Not bad, but not what it looks like you're getting, and seems pricey for an apple spread.
As a lover of black currants I was a bit disappointed by the flavor. I should have noticed apples listed as the first ingredient. It's good as jams go but I wish you could taste the black currants.
Delicious!
