This is a flavorful sandwich loaf, with a thin crust and soft, chewy texture. It does not come sliced in order to preserve freshness, but it can easily be sliced at home and is best when lightly toasted.
Keep refrigerated. This bread comes in a plastic bag. Enjoy within 2 days or slice and freeze for later use. If not sliced for several days, just run under cool water and heat in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
