Gluten Free Country Seeded Loaf

This is a flavorful loaf, speckled with sesame, flax, sunflower and poppy seeds. It has a thin crust and the texture is soft and chewy. It does not come sliced in order to preserve freshness, but it can easily be sliced at home and is best when lightly toasted.

Tapioca starch, buckwheat flour, sorghum flour, brown rice flour, millet flour, organic sunflower seeds, organic sesame seeds, organic flax seeds, organic psyllium husk, organic apple cider vinegar, organic cane sugar, organic poppy seeds, yeast, Celtic sea salt.
Storage Tips

Keep refrigerated. This bread comes packed in a plastic bag. Enjoy within 2 days or slice and freeze for later use. If not sliced for several days, just run under cool water and heat in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.

This is delightful toasted, with actual flavor and chewiness ... and those yummy seeds! Easy to slice for sandwiches and has the mouth-feel of actual bread. Fantastic!
