A tasty beef version of Sherpa's amazing momos.

Ingredients
Momo: Unbleached hard wheat enriched flour (malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate), riboflavin, folic acid, ground beef, onion, oil, water, curry powder, salt. Momo sauce: tomato puree (water, tomato paste), citric acid, onion, soybean oil, water, garlic, salt, curry powder, ground coriander, ground chilli pepper, vitamin C 9L-ascorbic acid), ground turmeric, cumin powder

Storage Tips

Keep frozen, or eat within one week of thawing.

These frozen momos come pre-cooked so they can just be reheated in a microwave for 3-4 minutes or pan fried for 4- 5 minutes, flipping top and bottom until light brown. They come with momo sauce (Himalayan Style Hot Sauce) that is a perfect pairing.
