Nurbu and Phura Sherpa began selling momos at Burlington farmers market in 2015 and have had a stand there since. Their goal was to bring Nepalese food, made in Vermont with fresh ingredients, to a wider audience and their business has flourished. Sherpa Foods is a minority and woman owned business committed to serving their local community.
