Eat your greens! This dressing is so easy to make, and is the perfect complement to raw kale. Works as a dip, or sauce for noodles or protein of any sort.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Cashew Parm
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
Add ingredients to blender or immersion wand container and whizz together.
Try as a dip for green beans, or shred a bunch of kale, coat, and dust with Everything Sprinkles for a killer salad.
Keeps for weeks in the refrigerator.
