This is a classic apple pie made from a flavorful mix of apples from Champlain Orchards. It has a double crust, top and bottom, and is spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg.

This pie is fabulous warm, with a chunk of Grafton Cheddar, or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
This pie is already baked, but is best finished off in the oven before serving. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, let sit for 5 minutes and serve.
