Charlie of Patchwork Farm and Bakery bakes this everyday Matzoh Cracker in the kosher tradition.
This is our cracker of choice for cheese, dips, or just for a snack with a big dollop of butter on it. Charlie uses organic ingredients but is not certified either organic or kosher.
Unlike commercial Matzoh, this is bursting with texture and flavor and is well worth a try.It comes in a paper sleeve that holds 5 sheets that are about 10-12 inches in diameter. It is baked fresh each week and is made from 100% Organic Spelt flour and mixed with Organic flax, sunflower, sesame seeds and milled rye. It may also contain Emmer, a variety of wheat, which Charlie mills himself when he can get it.We enjoy this matzoh all year round as a wonderful and flavorful cracker. Excellent when you just don't want too much bread with your cheese, dip or sandwich fixings.
They are the best.crackers I have eaten, and they are also oil free.
I love this with cheese. We get it for the holidays to impress our friends & family with our cheese spread. I love the variety of seeds in it.
We found these Matzoh crackers tasty and substantial, and the package was generous. They are by nature dry and therefore go well with butter and cheese, which is how we eat them, as our dessert after supper. The grains are very present but even my rather fussy insides have no trouble digesting them.
I try not to buy these if I'm not having guests because otherwise I eat them myself. Fast.
I order them almost weekly. These are so wonderful.
These crackers are so good, they brought me to Farmer's to You. Had them at a party and just a few weeks later had signed up so I could buy more. They are THAT good.
These crackers are delicious.
These are so addictive! Enough said.
Wow, is this good. It's crunchy, really flavorful. It's great with whatever you throw on it, but it's pretty flavorful on its own, too. What a great product. I will definitely be ordering it again when I exhaust the current supply.
I loved these if they are the same as the Everyday Matzoh. Why the name change? Or are they different?
Oh, my goodness, these are tasty! They have the perfect touch of salt, a pleasing snap, and a fantastic nutty flavor. Then, as if all that isn't enough, they are incredibly healthy.
My kids really enjoyed this. The pleasantly understated sesame flavor is very nice. It is great as the "cracker" for cheese and crackers.
These are the best tasting matzot. EVER. Although not kosher for Passover, we are using them for our Passover seder and to get us through the holiday. And, we'll keep ordering them throughout the year.
These are fantastic! One Matzah with hummus to scoop is the perfect lunch. My son suggested butter and I told him they were so good they didn't need any, but a little schmear put these over the top! Beautifully packaged as well.
This is my favorite cracker ever, but I assumed it was different enough from regular matzah that it wouldn't be good for matzah brei (sort of an egg and matzah omelet, for those who haven't had it). I haven't tried it myself but my brother did make matzah brei with this product, and he and his wife reported that it was wonderful.
A delicious, hearty, and filling flatbread. Not reminiscent of store bought matzah. If it reminds me of anything, it would be the Ak-Mak cracker. Like Tolkein's (fictional) lembas bread, one sheet is enough for a whole day's march.
Tried this the first week it was offered and it will become a staple! Perfect go-with-everything cracker. Terrific taste and crunch.
