These pizza crusts are made with Bonte Bakery's own gluten free sourdough culture. It is a thin crust with a mild sourdough flavor. It can be crispy or chewy depending on how long you bake it. Each package contains two par baked 10” pizza crusts.

Ingredients
Water, brown rice sourdough culture, brown rice flour, sorghum flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, *psyllium husk, Lamb Sugarworks maple syrup, Celtic sea salt, *olive oil *organic
Storage Tips

This crust contains no gums or preservatives and should be stored in the refrigerator and used within 7 days or frozen for later use.

Top pizza crust as desired. Bake on stone or pan at 500° for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is desired crispness.

Ordered these crusts for the first time this week, and just had the most delicious dinner. We brushed them heavy with olive oil, then baked at 475 until they "crisped" up. Then topped with a recipe I got from the WSJ recently, Flatbread Pizza with Ricotta, Marinated Artichokes, and Herbs. (Also included sliced fennel and parmesan.) Outstanding spring meal. Bonte has cracked the code on all forms of gf bread, hurrah!!
