Whizzo Bagels Whizzo's Plain Bagels
Plain bagels- no seeds- no spice- for those who of us who like to keep it simple. Anne Labrusciano makes these delicious bagels in small batches in Marshfield, VT. They are the perfect balance of chew, with a tender crumb and are subtly sweet and salty.
flour, water, sugar, malt, salt, yeast
Store in a plastic bag at room temperature and enjoy within a couple of days. If they don't disappear within a couple of days, slice and freeze.

These bagels are incredible. We didn't even do butter or cream cheese, they are great just toasted. We usually get our bagels from Bagelsaurus in Cambridge, but now my kids are asking for "the good bagels" instead!
