Approximately 2lbs of small to medium size zucchini. Harvested before they are fully mature, so they are tender and juicy.

Zucchini seems to be the brunt of many jokes in the vegetable world. We've heard there are ordinances in some communities forbidding the overgenerous gifting of Zucchinis to neighbors, friends, relatives, near relatives and anyone else who is unlucky enough to come by. But really, it is a wonderful vegetable when small, tender and sweet.
