Salsa Alla Norma

Trenchers Farmhouse's cherry tomatoes are roasted in organic olive oil and blended with farm grown eggplants. This thick sauce is then studded with 6 month aged Tuada (Italian for “cellar”) Tuscan Pecorino. Roasty, rich and vibrant, this limited edition sauce is delicious with our Bucatini and Gigli pastas.
