A customer request led us to this wonderful cheese. Did you know that goats have two teats and cows have four? This is Blue Ledge Farm's creative mixed milk (cow and goat) cheese, cave-aged 3 months, natural rind, and named after Riley, the farm's beloved first herding dog.

I don't need it this week, but it's great! Discovered it at a farmstead in Lincoln, MA. Firm. yummy. Not sure how to describe it. Just try it. Well done Farmers to You. :)))
