These sweet potatoes have a dark skin and bright orange interior. Their flavor is so sweet it could suffice as dessert! Or just use it in place of pumpkin in a pie.
Store in a cool, dark place.
Who would have thought we could really grow sweet potatoes in Vermont. Their beautiful vibrant orange flesh is sweet and delicious.

Another member tipped me to these this winter .. and they are now in our weekly order. Simply wrapped in foil, baked at 450 for 40 minutes or so. Add butter (yes!) and salt and pepper. EAT. Each one is not TOO big -- so easy to either eat by oneself .. or to share.
