This is a USDA certified organic unrefined cooking oil suitable for all food preparations. It has a mild flavor of fresh sunflower seeds and pairs excellently with all foods. Use for general cooking and baking, up to medium high heat (325 degrees F).
Store in a cool, dark place. Use within one year.
Sunflower oil is great for stir frying, sauteeing or baking, but not deep fat frying.
