Hungarian wax peppers can have a very wide heat range; in general only the red ones are very hot. These green peppers are medium spicy and great for using raw in salsas, or pickle them up to use through the winter for some summery spice when you need it.
Tomatoes keep their flavor best when kept at room temperature.
