The prettiest and most delicate of kales, Red Russian is tender and sweet. These early spring bunches may have some flowers, which will only add to the flavor.
Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.
Red Russian can get thirsty, so if your bunch starts to wilt, just trim the bottoms off the stems and place in a glass of water for 15 minutes
