Bonté Bakery Gluten Free Sourdough Boule
Crusty with a soft interior, everything you want a good sourdough to be, plus it's gluten free! Made from Bonté Bakery's own gluten free sourdough culture. The texture is slightly chewy, and it holds its shape when sliced. Best served freshly toasted!

Keep refrigerated. This bread comes in a plastic bag. All of Bonté Bakery bread is free of gums or preservatives and therefore should be eaten or sliced and frozen within a few days for later use. If not sliced for several days, just run it under cool water and heat in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.

This is the first Gluten Free bread that tastes, looks and has a texture like regular bread. It doesn't crumble into a starchy mess the minute you touch it and it's filled with great ingredients versus starchy fillers. The loaf was not as puffed up as high in the picture - but maybe that was from transport. The taste is great. So thankful to find this bread and bakery.

We went to the New England Gluten Free Expo and found this fabulous bakery !! This sour dough bread is so delicious and tastes just like regular sour dough. My only complaint is that we live in Ct and it’s so far. Hopefully this will be the way to order and get the bread. Thx FTY
