This bread is bursting with flavor from fresh rosemary and kalamata olives. It has a chewy dark crust and a soft flavorful interior. Best served freshly toasted!
Keep refrigerated. This bread comes in a plastic bag. All of Bonté Bakery bread is free of gums or preservatives and therefore should be eaten or sliced and frozen within a few days for later use. If not sliced for several days, just run under cool water and heat in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
I've been gluten-free for decades. Thank you for making such wonderful GF bread: it has texture and it has taste, two things usually missing from GF bread. My family loves this bread! Could you make another variety too? Not plain, but something else interesting?
