Ingredients
Fresh pasta: durum semolina flour, soft wheat "00" flour (may contain soy), eggs (whole eggs, citric acid), water. Cacio e Pepe filling: ricotta cheese (sweet whey, whole milk sweet cream, culture, vinegar and salt), parmigiano reggiano (milk, rennet, salt), pecorino romano (sheep's milk, cultures, rennet, salt), extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper.
