Steve Gonzalez co-founded Sfoglini Pasta in 2012. After helping to company relocate from Brooklyn to Coxsackie, NY, Steve and his wife Kate Galassi decided they'd like to try a new way of serving their community great pasta. A disused auto garage came up for sale and their dream of having a production kitchen and retail space started to gather momentum.
They now sell fresh pastas, sauces, and Italian specialities to their neighbors in the Hudson valley.
