I find I like this arnica cream more than biofreeze and plain arnica gels for my recent tendonitis and bursitis. It's a good combination of arnica and essential oils. It smells very nice and feels great.

I have been using this on my hands while I "stay at home" and wash them often. More than other creams ---and I have used many designed especially for healing hands! .... I like this one. I put it on just after drying my hands Instead of the usual cracked skin and eczema patches , the skin on my hands is in good shape. I like this cream a lot!
